AVIS, a marketing organization was incorporated by Senior Professional Marketing, Sales and Administrative Managers with established record and reputation in 1970 solely and exclusively for the introduction and marketing of PVC Pipes in the Country. Encouraged by ‘WAVIN’ of Netherlands, the World Leaders in PVC Pipeline Systems and after personally getting convinced on the merits of the PVC Products over conventional C.I., G.I. and other Piping materials by visiting and seeing the actual use on extensive scale in U.K., Ireland, France, Netherlands, Germany etc, we had taken up the challenge of introducing the product in our Country.

It was an uphill task to convince even engineers, who even if convinced ,were not prepared to take the initiative though there were ‘ISI’ Standards in place. It took nearly a decade of demonstrations, tests etc. for the initial big breakthrough. At that time Government was the major, if not the only Purchaser. Finally acceptance began to grow and spread from one state to another. Simultaneously the uses of the pipes another than for water supply have also grown. With due modesty we may claim ourselves to be a major contributor for this story of success of PVC Pipes in India.

With this acceptance of the product, as a natural sequence, there has been a phenomenal growth of manufacturers, big and small and dilution of quality of product.

After Wavin ceased its operations, we are proud to be associated solely with ‘Supreme Industries Ltd’ the Country’s biggest Plastic processor.

PVC Pipes ranges which were earlier meant only for transportation of water for Drinking or Irrigation purposes, has now expanded now to CPVC, PPR etc. for hot and cold water in Plumbing, Sewage & Water disposal Rainwater drainage, ground water drainage, besides the Original Water Supply and Irrigation.
